The 4 sections of this course are outlined below: Tracking your business 101: In this section we will get into weeds of your business and life. You will learn to track where your business comes from and why this is so important. We will also help you set up the right metrics in your business so you can make wise decisions with the direction you want to go. At the end of this section, you will have all of your expenses and revenues measured. Systems for success: This section will help build the right systems for your business. After successfully tracking your business, the next step is building processes around what works. At the end of this section, you will have a road map of process that you can immediately implement into your business. Building the perfect day: Habits create success over time. Therefore, if you can replicate a productive day repeatedly then success will follow. This is true in all aspects of your life; whether it’s business, health and fitness or family. In this section we will teach the 2 basic principals that need to be done everyday in real estate; Getting business and Going the business. Setting achievable goals: Only 9% of people who set a goal at the start of a year follow through on average. This class will change those odds for you. You will learn to focus on the process so that the results follow. You will come out of this course with tangible metrics that are written down for all parts of your life.
