Gemma Monteith

With over 40 years in the industry Gemma brings her wealth of knowledge to Elevate Coaching Co. Averaging between 50 to 60 transactions per year, Gemma has been a top-rated agent in Chilliwack throughout her career. Gemma started her career first in Property Management, which led her into a career in Real Estate sales. She has been involved in over 14 large marketing projects including building lots, custom homes, spec homes and townhomes. Along with private lending, Gemma has personally invested in real estate since the beginning of her career. Her personal portfolio has included single family homes, condos, building lots, mobile homes, and apartment blocks located in British Columbia, Saskatoon, Arizona, and California. Gemma was born and raised in Chilliwack and is married to John, a helicopter pilot. They have one daughter and two grandchildren.
